What is the capacity of the venue?
We can accommodate up to 200 guests
Do I have to use your preferred caterer?
No, we are open catering at no additional fee. We do require your caterer be licensed and provide their license and COI. We are happy to provide a list of preferred caterers.
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes, we have a few vendors for you to choose from for this service that should fit within any budget. If alcohol will be served, a security guard will be present to ensure all goes well on your special day. We do require alcohol service to end around 10pm or 1 hour before dismissal, whichever is sooner.
Will the TVF team be onsite during my event?
Yes, we will be onsite the duration of the event. We will provide parking lot attendants, assist with room flips if needed, check bathrooms, change trash etc. We are here to help make your event go as smoothly as possible.
Do I have to remove all belongings at the end of the event or can I pick up the next day?
We do require all personal belongings, decor etc be removed at the end of the event .
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely. A customized payment plan will be provided. Typically quarterly payments. The Payment plan is based on how far out the event is scheduled with final payment due 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
Do you provide decor?
Yes, currently we have a wooden Arch, 20’X 10’ double layer Chiffon backdrop, 4 whiskey barrels, a 4 panel wood room divider (would be cool as a photo booth backdrop), various wood slices, rustic wood crates (could be used to display cake & cupcakes), a small fire pit (we can throw in some wood & hay bales too if needed), 20 vases, 20 wood lanterns, various signs & easels.
How many tables and chairs do you provide?
We have 12 round tables & 12 rectangular tables, 300 chairs.
